As a Dietitian, Intuitive Eating Counsellor, and Body Image Coach, I've experienced the same struggles you're facing. I know first hand the emotional and physical toll that dieting & disordered eating can take.

For years, I was convinced that attaining a specific body  was the key to health, happiness and success, but I suppose we just don't know what we don't know!

The birth of my daughter was a turning point. It made me realize that my relationship with food and my body needed a fundamental change, yes for me but mainly for her. 

I didn't want her to battle the way I did up until that point.

Years of relentless dieting and self-criticism led me to discover a better way—one that didn't centre weight loss as the be-all and instead embraced Food Freedom and Body Peace.

This revelation transformed my life. I learned to nourish my body intuitively and to appreciate it for what it can do, not just how it looks. This adventure to self-acceptance, respect and peace with food and body was liberating and profoundly life-changing.
