Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing where you are with your health and where you would like to be. Then together we will create a roadmap to guide you to your goals. This is not a cookie-cutter approach and is personalised to you and your needs.

TARGETED

 

Coaching not only targets “the what” we do, but also “the why” we do it. Everyone comes up against obstacles when it comes to meeting their health goals. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and explore ways to overcome your barriers.

INTEGRATED

 

Health and wellbeing is so much more than just exercise and diet. In our sessions, we explore the many different ways to nourish ourselves and determine what you are really hungry for.

No one knows your body like you do. At Firefly, we will never tell you what you can and can’t eat or tell you how you should or shouldn’t be exercising. Instead, we work together to find a path that leads you to your health goals. You are in the driver’s seat and we are here to help you navigate.

UNLEARNING

 

A huge part of the non-diet journey is unlearning. Unlearning assumptions and food rules and being guided by ‘shoulds’. Of course, and with your permission, we can help fill knowledge gaps regarding your health but this work is much more about exploring the why you keep doing the things that aren’t working for you.

LESS TALKING, MORE LISTENING

 

That’s from us, not from you! Coaching is far less prescriptive than a regular dietetic appointment. Rather than me telling you what to do, I want to support you to determine the best course of action. I want to direct you to a place where you can turn inwards, and trust what your body tells you is needed.

WHAT WILL I GET WITH ONE TO ONE COACHING SESSIONS?

  • Food freedom and body peace. You get to take the reigns back for your health.

  • Deep dive initial assessment, exploring food, body and medical history.

  • A clear roadmap of steps to take to get to your goals.

  • Workbooks, journal prompts and targeted activities between sessions (completely optional for those wanting to solidify our sessions).

  • Guidance and support via email in between sessions.
